GDSC chapters host dozens of hands-on workshops throughout the academic year. To maintain consistently high attendance and student satisfaction:
- **Clear Prerequisite Specifications**: Specify required installations (Docker, Node.js, Python 3.12, Android Studio) directly on your event description page.
- **Capped Capacity**: Practical labs in campus computer labs shouldn't exceed the number of functioning workstations.
- **Attendance-Linked Badges**: Only issue completion certificates to attendees who were marked present by gate volunteers during the final project demonstration.
